Privacy Policy

Evenspan is operated by Refresh Digital LLC. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, and we never see your private keys. This policy explains the limited information that passes through the Interface and why.

What we process

• Wallet addresses. When you connect a wallet or request a route, your address and the recipient address are sent to our servers and to LI.FI to build the quote, and are screened against public sanctions lists. We do not link addresses to your name.
• Approximate location. Our host tells us which country a request comes from so we can enforce the restricted locations in our Terms. We use it for that check only.
• Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages and routes people use. It sets cookies and collects device, browser, and page-view data, plus events such as starting a review or submitting a transfer, including its dollar size and route.
• Support messages. If you contact us, we receive the email address, transaction hash, and message you submit, so we can reply.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived request logs, including IP addresses, for security and debugging.

Stored in your browser

Your settings, your recent transfer history, and which wallet you last connected are saved in your browser’s local storage and never sent to us. Clearing your site data removes them.

Public blockchain data

Transactions you sign are recorded on public blockchains. Anyone can see them, and nobody, including us, can delete them.

Who processes data for us

• Vercel, which hosts the Interface.
• LI.FI, which builds routes and reports transfer status.
• Alchemy and public RPC providers, which read balances and transaction status from blockchains.
• Chainalysis and the public OFAC sanctions list, used to screen wallet addresses.
• WalletConnect (Reown), when you connect a mobile wallet.
• Google Analytics, for usage analytics.
• FormSubmit, which delivers support messages to our inbox.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Retention

We keep support messages as long as needed to resolve your request. Analytics data follows Google Analytics’ retention settings. Screening results are cached for a few hours.

Your choices

• You can block analytics cookies in your browser or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
• Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold. Send the request through our support form.

Children

The Interface is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
