Transfer taking longer than expected?

   Check where it is

   Open Activity (the clock icon on the swap card) to see which stage your transfer is in. Most routes arrive in under five minutes. Some bridges take 20 to 30 minutes, and routes that settle on Ethereum mainnet can take longer.

2. 02

   Look it up on the explorer

   Paste your transaction hash into LI.FI Scan to see both sides of the transfer and which bridge is handling it.

3. 03

   Don't send it again

   Resubmitting the same transfer while the first one is pending can double your spend. Wait until Activity shows it as failed or refunded.

4. 04

   Know how refunds work

   If a bridge can't complete a transfer, it refunds your sending wallet on the source network. Sometimes the refund arrives as a different token than the one you sent, such as the bridge's native asset. It never goes to Evenspan.

We will never DM you, ask for your seed phrase, or ask you to connect your wallet to another site. Anyone who does is a scammer.
