Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of evenspan.app and any related pages (the “Interface”), operated by Refresh Digital LLC (“Evenspan”, “we”, “us”). By using the Interface you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

1. What Evenspan is

Evenspan is a software interface that helps you find and submit cross-chain swaps and bridge transfers. Routes are sourced from LI.FI, which aggregates third-party bridges and exchanges. Every transaction is created by those protocols and signed by you in your own wallet.

• We never take custody of your assets. We cannot move, freeze, reverse, or recover funds, and we never ask for your seed phrase or private keys.
• We do not operate the bridges, exchanges, or smart contracts your transfer passes through, and we do not control how long they take.
• Nothing on the Interface is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

2. Eligibility and restricted locations

You may use the Interface only if all of the following are true:

• You are at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You are not located in, organized in, or ordinarily resident in any of these restricted locations: Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Ukraine, or any other country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions.
• You, and any wallet you use or send funds to, are not listed on or owned by anyone listed on a U.S. Treasury OFAC sanctions list, or a comparable UN, EU, or UK list.
• You are not using the Interface on behalf of anyone who fails these conditions.

We screen locations and wallet addresses and block access we believe is restricted. Using a VPN or any other tool to get around these controls is a breach of these terms. We may block any wallet, location, or request at our discretion and without notice.

3. Fees

Evenspan charges a service fee of 0.2% of the amount you send, taken from the sending token when your transaction executes. Routes also carry third-party costs: network gas, LI.FI’s fee, and bridge or exchange fees. The Interface shows these costs before you sign. Estimates can change until your transaction confirms, and all fees are non-refundable once a transaction is submitted.

4. Your responsibilities

• Keep your wallet, seed phrase, and devices secure. Anyone with your keys controls your funds.
• Check every detail before you sign: networks, tokens, amounts, recipient address, and slippage. Blockchain transactions are final.
• If you send to a different address, make sure it can receive that token on that network. Exchange deposit addresses may not support incoming bridge transfers.
• You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your transactions.

5. Risks you accept

Using blockchains, bridges, and exchanges carries real risk, including but not limited to:

• Smart contract bugs, exploits, or failures in third-party protocols, which can result in total loss.
• Price movement, slippage, and delayed, partial, or refunded transfers.
• Network congestion, outages, chain reorganizations, and changes to protocols or tokens.
• Tokens that are counterfeit, restricted, or lose their value. Security screening of tokens is not a guarantee.
• Changes in law or regulation that affect digital assets.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use the Interface to break any law, to launder money or finance terrorism, to evade sanctions, to interfere with or overload the Interface, to scrape or copy it at scale, or to harm other users.

7. Third-party services

The Interface relies on third parties, including LI.FI, the bridges and exchanges it routes through, wallet providers, and blockchain data providers. Their terms govern their services, and we are not responsible for them.

8. Disclaimers

The Interface is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Interface, any quote, or any route will be available, accurate, or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evenspan and its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of funds, tokens, profits, or data, arising from your use of the Interface or any third-party protocol. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the fees you paid to Evenspan in the 3 months before the claim, or US$100.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Evenspan harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your use of the Interface, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or anyone else’s rights.

11. Changes and termination

We may change the Interface or these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the Interface means you accept it. We may suspend or end your access at any time.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Refresh Digital LLC is organized and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
